Application
KWT weirs are available in various forms and are mainly used in surface and process water systems. The KKS-PE tilting weir provides a very accurate means of controlling water levels upstream, and is a very cost-effective solution for smaller applications.
Using a plastic tilting weir is often a cost-effective solution.
The side pieces 
of the weir have been fully manufactured
using HDPE. The teeth have been kept wide and the weir plate is made of only stainless steel. This ensures that additional ribbing is not required and the weir will also retain its rigidity during summer temperatures. A product has been created that makes the best use
of specific properties of each of the materials.
