Acting as its master developer, Ayla Oasis Management Co’s objective is to create a premier destination that features world class residential islands, golf estates (the first in Jordan) and hotels.
Called “Arabian Venice”, the project started in June 2008 and offers luxury housing and villas with open access to the Red Sea. It features a series of breathtaking lakes with sandy beaches and crystal clear water, divided into 4 sections: Al Waha, Al Bahra, Al Marsa and Al Ghadir.
The main contractor, Soc. Condote Italiana d’Aqua, and WS Atkins from Scotland as main consultant, are set to finalize this project in the course of 2012.
KWT International from The Netherlands is proud to have been selected as supplier of the large quantity of non-return valves that are required for this high profile project. At regular distance, these flap valves will be mounted at the pipe ends in order to provide a suitable drainage system for the entire compound.
The client is a leading Specialty Contractor in Jordan , established in 1987 specializing in pre-casting and pre-stressing for bridges and buildings along with other activities such as supply and installation of reinforced earth structures, crash barriers in steel and precast concrete for highways and other civil engineering areas.
